Netball has the capacity to change lives and inspire the female community through its many inspirational role models throughout Australia and the world.
It helps improve the health and wellbeing of all female participants and allows them the opportunity to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
Not every girl will be a sporting star, but it is important to be able to see their skills improving and goals becoming reality. This leads to feeling better about themselves, physically and socially.
